Seaweed and clownfish

  1. In pairs, one person is the seaweed, the other the clown fish
  2. Set the framework before starting the exercise (boundary areas to be respected)
  3. For the seaweed:
    1. Close your eyes
    2. Feel as much as possible the sensations of your body and possibly your desire
  4. For the clown fish:
    1. Come close to the person, turn around, touch the other very gently, very slowly
    2. Keep the frame set by the other person, especially stay in the allowed areas
  5. After the exercise, hold a debriefing to express the sensations felt and the perception of each person
