- In pairs, one person is the seaweed, the other the clown fish
- Set the framework before starting the exercise (boundary areas to be respected)
- For the seaweed:
- Close your eyes
- Feel as much as possible the sensations of your body and possibly your desire
- For the clown fish:
- Come close to the person, turn around, touch the other very gently, very slowly
- Keep the frame set by the other person, especially stay in the allowed areas
- After the exercise, hold a debriefing to express the sensations felt and the perception of each person
